European Fashion Tales in Canada
By Dana Kalinowska

With the summer fast approaching, longer days full of sunshine, it means spending more time outdoors. We are ready to start those long overdue family gatherings and cocktail parties, social events, hugs and long awaited vacations.
So might as well make these upcoming months much more colourful with layering, patterns and cheer the sunshine in style! European fashion always makes us stand out, it electric, vibrant and it seems it never goes out of style! Much of this is because we as Europeans in Canada, like to wear it loud and proud! We love to layer colourful accessories to make that multidimensional look, wear custom-tailored or well-fitted clothing no matter where we go! We are not afraid of rich patters, mixing textures and some bling to go along with it.
I can definitely say that there has been lot of action in terms of new European boutiques that opened up here in Toronto and surrounding areas, new and existing businesses are now finding their ways with their new imports, engaging audience by live-shows on social media platforms and on, on-line stores. Nevertheless, they have been very successful!
The past two years thought us one thing, we don’t give up, and some of us started new trends, careers and long overdue hobbies. We are so looking forward to new chapters in life and getting back to norm. Self-confidence is very important these days, build your own colour-pallet wardrobe as your inspiration and choose patterns that make you feel good and give you that extra confidence and shine within. Most importantly have fun wearing it!
